How to request a refund
Any of these works:
- Reply to the receipt email you got from Paddle.
- Find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there.
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or include your order number.
How the refund is made
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. How fast the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider. After a refund, your license to use Reel Maker ends, and we ask you to delete the files.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway. If something does not work as described, we will try to fix it or find a fair solution.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
