These terms apply to your use of reelmaker.video (the "Site"), the Reel Maker waitlist and our emails and community. The Site is operated by Ala Kuchynskaya, a private individual and the founder of Reel Maker ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site presents Reel Maker, an AI editing studio for short vertical video that works inside Claude, and lets you join a waitlist. Reel Maker is in private beta and is not sold on the Site yet. When it becomes available for purchase, a separate license and purchase agreement will apply and will be shown to you before you buy.
2. The waitlist
- Joining is free and does not create an obligation for you or for us.
- Joining does not guarantee access by a certain date, a specific price or specific features.
- "Best launch price" and similar offers for waitlist and community members will be described when they go live. Unless stated otherwise, they are personal and non-transferable.
- You must give a real email address that belongs to you. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Product information
We describe planned and beta features in good faith. Examples on the Site show real results of our editing pipeline on our own footage, but results depend on your footage, and features may change before and after launch. Reel Maker will require a compatible plan from Anthropic (Claude), which you buy separately from Anthropic under its own terms. Prices on the Site, if any, are informational until you check out.
The chat assistant on the Site is an AI that answers automatically. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong and are not an offer, a promise or a part of these terms. Only the information on the checkout page and in these terms applies to a purchase.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, the Reel Maker name and logo, the looks, designs, texts, videos and code are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to our content and quote short parts with a link to the source. You may not copy, republish or reuse our designs, videos or articles in whole or substantial part, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access the admin area, to scrape it at a volume that harms its operation, to submit someone else's email address, or to use it for anything unlawful.
6. Blog and educational content
Articles on our blog are for general information. They reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may become outdated. Third-party tools, platforms and their rules (for example Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or AI providers) change often; check their official documentation before relying on them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Telegram community
Our Telegram channel and chats follow Telegram's terms and these rules: be respectful, no spam, no illegal content. We may remove messages or members who break them.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the waitlist or our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell people on the waitlist by email. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
